How to get lost or damaged Aadhaar card online again

Retrieve Aadhaar Card in a Pdf

  • First of all, open your phone`s Google Browser and search ‘myAadhaar uidai gov in’ and then open myAadhaar portal.
  • Now click on the ‘Download Aadhaar’ option and enter your Aadhaar number & Captcha in the next page.
  • Now click on the Send OTP and then you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked with Aadhaar card.
  • Now enter that OTP here and click on the ‘Verify & Download’ option.
  • Now downloaded your Aadhaar Card in a password protected Pdf file on your phone.
  • Your Aadhaar Pdf Password like – Write the first four letters of your Name in capital size and then write the Year of Birth without any space.

Retrieve Aadhaar Card in PVC Format

Step 1. First of all, open your phone`s Google Browser and search ‘myAadhaar uidai gov in’ and then open myAadhaar portal.

Step 2. Now click on the ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ option and enter your Aadhaar number & Captcha in the next page.

Step 3. Now you can select ‘My mobile number is not registered’ option and enter any Mobile Number. Even if your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar.

Step 4. Now click on the Send OTP and then you will receive an OTP on this Mobile Number.

Step 5. Now enter this OTP and click on Submit.

Step 6. Now in the next page you select the Checkbox and then you can click on ‘Make Payment’ option.

Step 7. Now pay 50 rupees fee online to UIDAI organization to print your Aadhaar card again on PVC format and deliver it to your home.

Step 8. Now your original Aadhaar Id Card will arrive at your Aadhaar address by post in a few days.

Forgot your Aadhaar Details

If you have forgotten your Aadhaar Number, Enrollment Number, URN and SRN, you can get them online instantly, but for this it is mandatory to have mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card.

How to get Forgotten Aadhaar Number

Step 1. First of all, open the My Aadhaar official portal in your phone. – myAadhaar.Uidai.gov.in

Step 2. Now in the home page of Portal you can click on the ‘Retrieve EID/Aadhaar Number’ option.

Step 3. Now in the Next page, you can select ‘Aadhaar Number’ option and then enter you Name, Mobile Number and Captcha.

Step 4. Now click on the Send OTP and then you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked with Aadhaar card.

Step 5. Now enter this OTP and click on the Submit and then an SMS will be received on your mobile, in this message your ’12-digit Aadhaar Number’ is written.

How to get Forgotten Enrollment Id or URN

  • First of all, open the My Aadhaar official portal in your phone. – myAadhaar.Uidai.gov.in
  • Now in the home page of Portal you can click on the ‘Retrieve EID/Aadhaar Number’ option.
  • Now in the Next page, you can select ‘Enrollment Id’ option and then enter you Name, Mobile Number and Captcha.
  • Now click on the Send OTP and then you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked with Aadhaar card.
  • Now enter this OTP and click on the Submit and then an SMS will be received on your mobile, in this message your ’28-digit Enrollment Id or URN’ is written.

How to get Forgotten Virtual Id (VID)

  • First of all, open the myAadhaar official portal in your phone.
  • Now click on the ‘VID Generator’ option and then in the next page you can select ‘Retrieve VID’ option.
  • Now enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number and given Captcha.
  • Now click on the Send OTP and then you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked with Aadhaar card.
  • Now enter that OTP here and then click on the ‘Verify and Proceed’ option.
  • Now a message will be received on your mobile, in this SMS your ’16-digit Virtual Id (VID)’ is written
